Meat Bash is one of our most exciting fundraising events, combining fun, fast-paced games, and amazing prizes. Perfect for first-time players or returning participants, Meat Bash gives everyone a chance to win meat and snack prizes while supporting a great cause.

Entry and Tickets

• Entry Ticket: $10 per person, including admission and a practice round,  and a meal.
• Wheel Ticket Pack: $20 per pack, used for the main Meat Bash rounds.

The practice round helps new players learn the flow before the main games begin.
 

How the Main Meat Bash Game Works

The main Meat Bash game uses wheel tickets, each with a number. At the start of each round, a variety of meat is displayed on the prize table. Examples include:

• Hamburger
• Chicken breast
• Shrimp
• Larger or premium meat packages in select rounds

Gameplay:

• The wheel is spun, and numbers are called.
• If your number is selected, you win and can pick one item from the table.
• Each ticket is spun three times per round, so you can win multiple times.
• Winning earlier in the round gives more options from the prize table.
• After three spins, we move to the next ticket and repeat the process.

 

Pre Game: Over Under

The Over Under game is a sure tip board played before the main rounds.

• Tickets are sold two for $1.
• Once 300 tickets are sold, the seal is scratched.
• Three winners are chosen: the winning number, the number above, and the number below.
• Winners receive a coupon for a meat pack, which they redeem at the end of the night.

 

Snack Game Table

The snack game table operates like a sure tip board.

• Tickets are sold two for $1.
• When the board is sold out, the seal is scratched.
• The winning number gets first pick of the snack prizes.

 

General Rules

• Multiple winners can occur during each spin.
• Some rounds include larger or specialty meat packages.
• Tickets have no cash value outside the event.
• All decisions by event organizers are final.
